Denim button-downs are definitely a must have for the spring season. When I choose to incorporate denim tops into my look, I prefer to sport a denim-on-denim look. This could lead to possibilities including a denim top with skinny jeans, a denim top tucked into white flare jeans paired with a red bag, or, as I styled it yesterday, a denim top with a black leather mini skirt. I paired my black mini skirt with suede over-the-knee boots because it is still a bit chilly out. I feel like skirts and over-the knee-boots make a woman look SO BOSS. Trix insisted on dressing in denim as well, as she thought it would be the perfect opportunity to wear one of her favorite harnesses.
After going for a walk through the neighborhood with Trixie and taking pictures for our OOTD blog post…I went to the Auto Show in NYC at the Javits Center with my boyfriend. My boyfriend is a total car fanatic…I wish I could say the same for myself. The day consisted of many nods and smiles on my part, while my boyfriend drooled over the gleaming cars. However, there was one car I came across that completely stopped me in my tracks. It was a Lexus SUV that was wrapped in one of Jeremy Scott’s designs, which mirrored one of the looks he designed for NYFW. Jeremy Scott is Moschino’s creative director, so the second I saw this car I couldn’t help but take pictures of it and look at the rest of his amazing designs. Below are some OOTD pictures and some pictures from the Auto Show. Click the links below to buy my look!
