Jeans & a Tee

Monday mornings call for casual, comfortable, laid-back looks!  I totally aim for a more relaxed look on a Monday morning, and I’m sure none of you would blame me for that! After a long weekend, it’s hard to leave that warm, cozy bed, but if I am at least dressed comfortably, then it makes the process of shifting into the week a bit easier. Trix made her opinion of Monday mornings quite evident in these photos; don’t you think?!  All kidding aside, Jeans and a tee are super suitable for a Monday morning. Although jeans and a tee can sound super simple…I always find a way to make even the simplest look stand out. Today I decided to add some edge to this basic look by adding distressed skinny jeans, tying a denim button down around my waist, and knotting my tee. Never underestimate the styling powers that can come along with jeans and a tee…they don’t have to be basic!!
